Members of UPEO 1TFS preparing for carrier exercises. Special naval exercises have begun for the Universal Peace Enforcement Organization, which have called the UPEO 1st Tactical Fighter Squadron (1TFS) into duty. Overseen by officials from the Libre Union in Europe, the UPEO CVN-33 "Terrapin" Nimitz-class Carrier and its fleet are conducting exercises that rely heavily on the support of 1TFS. UPEO 1st Tactical Fighter Squadron is commanded by Senior Airman "Nightshade", UPEO 1-1. He is accompanied by his fellow pilots, Senior Airman Jeremiah "Textbook" Lampert (UPEO 1-2), Airman Basic "Halliverd" (UPEO 1-3), and Airman First Class Alvin "Chopper" Davenport (UPEO 1-4). UPEO's most organized squadron is in the process of deciding on a nickname for their tactical flight, as well as an emblem. UPEO 1TFS hornets prepared to launch. Operation Turtle-Shell is expected to draw in allied pilots from the Neucom Emergency Unit to assist, as well as other UPEO and General Resource Defense Force pilots. Civilian traffic to Megafloat is currently being highly regulated to prevent civilians from being engaged during the exercises.
The Universal Peace Enforcement Organization introduces the future! Fly UPEO's prestigious R-505U Concorde II hypersonic airliner. The R-505U is the only passenger liner in the world capable of hypersonic flight. UPEO's Concorde II is limited to only top level diplomatic officials for summits and for other important government officials within the Neo United Nations.
SARF's Civil Services is seeking three civilian pilots for the R-505U. To be considered, you must have at least one year of large aircraft flight experience. Interested in arranging a flight with the Concorde II? Click here! The Neo United Nations server will close periodically for around an hour each day to make way for private practice sessions for the Orange Skies Flight Team, an aerobatics group that is part of Abel Jets Virtual Airline. Their practices will take place between 9 and 10PM GMT+7 time. Here is a recent demo video demonstrating Orange Skies' work. The Neo United Nations YSFlight server has entered open beta, with map packs released to allow the server to be accessed by the general public. Previously, the server had been closed to the public in a state of development hell. The server still has some things to be worked on, but is playable. The plans going forward are mainly to make the NUN server the most accessible server for mid-ranged performance players, and to make the server the most fun server on YSFlight. We aim to accomplish this through means such as a one-click download map-pack and aircraft pack, active moderation, events, and activities to do in the server on the maps that will be run. No more mucking about forum posts for add-ons needed to play a server.
Currently, Indonesia is the only playable map. York Valley will be next to be rolled out. All-in-one aircraft package is under development. The SARF pack will be undergoing revisions that will make certain aircraft follow the model of other squadron aircraft performance. More information on the server can be found here. Feedback is appreciated on the NUN discord server, which you can find here! In preparation for the public opening of SARF's Neo United Nations server, SARF has pushed the SARF GAC pack onto the server. The performances of these planes are tiered into various levels of performance. Theoretically, some match up with stock, others with other squadrons, and other match-ups. This pack was developed many months ago and may require further refining.
SARF is committed to developing the framework for a positive, active and successful online environment for YSFlight players. The Special Armed Response Force now has its own official server! The server is able to be used currently by any members of the Neo United Nations. It is not currently open to the general public, but it will be in the near future. Events are planned and the primary map and server map rotations are being worked on along with other business. After an influx of new members and encounters with hostile forces in the skies of Hawaii, SARF command has implemented new rules of engagement for all pilots. These particular ROE were created to create a less toxic environment when flying online, as SARF pilots will encounter trolls on the VFA-49 "Ghost Hawks'" server from the 49th, 171st, and other affiliated squadrons. The SARF ROE emphasize not feeding these trolls and reminds SARF pilots that it's just a game.
The ROE are listed as below, Two General Resource Ltd. F-16XF Gyrfalcons parked at Madobe Naval Air Station, Molokai Island. General Resource Ltd. has stepped up as the most active SARF squadron in a recent divisional competition. Among the pilots who participated from the General Resource Defense Force were ZaurixAiprax and SiegZeon. The GRDF conducted more group patrols than any other division in SARF. Congratulations, General Resource pilots!
