General Resource Ltd. C-17B Globemaster IV evading a missile before being gunned down over Honolulu bay. Within the past week, two C-17B Globemaster IV transport planes affiliated with the General Resource Logistical Solutions were shot down by hostile belligerents. One incident was reported to have been in an allied friendly fire encounter and the other was reported to be as a result of attack from planes affiliated with the VFA-49 and CVW-171st squadrons. Fearing the fate of future cargo shipments, General Resource and the rest of SARF have begun to provide increased escort for their transports and extra awareness. SARF condemns the actions of the VFA-49 and CVW-171st squadrons and warns any other civilian airliners operating near Hawaii to seek SARF escort for protection against the threat.
